Psalm 81 was the perfect companion this morning to my readings in 2 Chronicles.
8 “Hear, O My people, and I will admonish you!
O Israel, if you will listen to Me!
9 There shall be no foreign god among you;
Nor shall you worship any foreign god.
10 I am the LORD your God,
Who brought you out of the land of Egypt;
Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.
Oh, Israel…oh child of God…(your name here)
Listen to Me!
Love Me with a loyal heart!
Look to Me for help.
Turn to Me in your time of trouble.
Look to Me to satisfy your every need.
I am you’re all in all. I am the great I AM. I am the answer to your every need. I am the Becoming One…I become for you whatever your need may be. It is foolish to go anywhere else. Open your mouth wide and I will fill it.

Beloved…God is looking…He is always searching to show Himself strong on behalf of those who love Him with a loyal heart. He wants to do great things for us. Things that fill our mouths with laughter and make our hearts sing. Both His eyes and ears as well as His love and mercy are focused intensely on those whose hearts are steadfastly set toward Him.
