The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart:--Psalm 19:8
Feeling as David did this morning, when he penned Psalm 119. My God's law is my delight...truly they are the rejoicing of my heart. They are my counsellors, my songs, and my necessary food. Without my God and His word I would have perished in my affliction. Thank you Father that I am Yours and called by Your name!
I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.--Psalm 40:8
I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches. I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways. I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.--Psalm 119:14-16
